Regency® - Steel Miniature Cup Brush, 9/16" Outer Diameter, 1/8" Shank Diameter, 7/8" Shank Length, 37000RPM Operating Speed (Pack of 2)
Outlast standard brushes by at least 2-to-1
High tensile, heat-treated wire for excellent fatigue resistance and fast cutting capabilities
Provide continuous cutting action, uniform surface contaminant removal and a smooth finish
Quality is continuously checked during the manufacturing process; brush samples must remain 100% intact when tested at 120% of their rated operating speed
Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
Use steel wire brushes for fine deburring, edge blending and surface finishing; cleaning and dusting restricted areas in electronics, nuclear instrumentation, and tool and die work; light brushing action where dimension changes are critical
CAUTION: Protect yourself from product breakage and flying particles. Always wear eye and face protection, and make sure machine guards are in place. Comply with ANSI B7.1.
