EPDM tube and cover
Reinforced with single wire helix, two-ply synthetic fabric for pressure or vacuum service
Resistant to heat, mild oil, chemicals, ozone and abrasion
Extremely flexible and light weight
Temperature range: 30°F to +240°F (34°C to +115°C)
Ideal marine utility hose (non-oily environment) meets or exceeds USCG requirements for marine wet exhaust
Useful in wastewater, industrial, construction and agricultural applications
Hold hose firmly and cut straight through to contact with spring steel wire. Do not cut wire.
Pull both ends apart about three inches to expose wire.
Grasp end to be used and snip wire slightly with wire cutters inside the end to be used. This cut should be close enough so that wire end does not protrude.
To install hose, twist slightly when placing over fitting. Apply to both fittings before clamping. We recommend the use of screw-type clamps. Do not use self-tightening clamps.
